3. Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care to keep information on this website accurate and current. Product descriptions and images reflect pieces made at the time of publication. Because each piece is finished by hand, small variations of tone, texture and dimension between one piece and another are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
4. Materials
Every piece made and sold by the studio is worked in solid 925 sterling silver. Each piece is stamped with the 925 hallmark that identifies the alloy. When a piece includes a stone or a non-silver element, the material is stated in the piece description.
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any right guaranteed to the consumer by Law 8.078/1990 (Brazilian Consumer Defense Code) or by any other consumer protection provision of Brazilian legislation. The right of withdrawal within 7 days from delivery, provided for in Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, applies to any purchase made at a distance, except for made-to-order pieces produced from a specification agreed in writing, which are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the same Article 49.

All content on this website, including text, layout, photography and graphic elements, is the property of the studio and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The trade name Zanaat Prata925 and the domain zanaatstore.online are owned and operated exclusively by the studio identified in Section 1. Content may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Trade Name, Ownership, and No Third-Party Arrangements
The trade name Zanaat Prata925 is owned and used exclusively by ZANAAT COMERCIO VAREJISTA, ARTIGOS DE VESTUARIO E ACESSORIOS LTDA. The domain zanaatstore.online was registered by the studio in 2026 and is operated solely by the studio. There is no franchise, no third-party licensing, no reseller, no joint venture, no referral partner, no affiliate program and no advertising network operating under this trade name or domain. All content, communications and any advertising published under this domain are the sole responsibility of the studio.
The domain WHOIS record uses a privacy service, which is standard practice for small businesses. The studio remains the underlying registrant and controller of the domain.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Use of the website is at the visitor's own responsibility. This clause does not limit the liability of the studio under the Consumer Defense Code or under any other mandatory rule of Brazilian legislation.
